Blizzard started off serving small family bed and breakfast Inns. They have now changed their business model to serve bigger travel operators. Nothing wrong with that except that they sold to our little family business promising a strong return on investement and the ability to track revenue from web traffic.
Unfortunately they totally failed to deliver on their promises having spent more than $20,000 of our dollars.
Ready to part company with them they once again assured us that with just a little more time they would deliver results. We agreed a set of specific performance targets with them and deferred payment. Again, they completely failed to deliver the promised results. Given this performance we decided not to deliver more money to them.
We have set this site up as a small warning to you not to do business with this company that has outgrown it's roots and lost the ability to deliver results for small customers along with any sense of responsibility or decency
